Make sure you have plucked the strays around your eyebrows and while you don't wanna over-pluck even more,strays outside the brow-line give an unpolished look girls!Brush your brows into the shape you desire, using a brow brush.This shape should form a clean line.Fill in blank spots with an eyebrow pencil.
